Kickstart to healthiness

Today was Day 1 of starting blogilates for the year. It's quite late then my intended resolution start, but nonetheless I have started it! And boy, was it tough. My ab strength has somewhat deteriorated. (SOB) The moves that I could do last year was now quite hard to do. BOOOOO HISSS I now have to put in extra effort to get fit! That includes eating healthier!

Speaking of which, I'm right now preparing Avocado and tomato spread on wholemeal bread with boiled broccoli and egg! I plan to turn it into a lifestyle. I want to have a future that does not include obesity related health problems.

Ofcourse I will have to have some YOLO meals I mean come on, you're talking to the girl that puts 3 sugars in her tea.

It's going to be tough guys, but I will get there! >:D
